Pre-Hospital Care Qualifications

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidance expects employers to take responsibility in completing varying degrees of due diligence to ensure that the training quality meets legislative requirements.

When attending one of our courses, as we are a fully accredited, governed and regulated first aid company via one of the largest awarding bodies in the UK (this being Qualsafe), then no further due diligence is required by yourself to ensure the first aid qualification is fit for purpose.

Obtaining training from a voluntary aid society like St Johns Ambulance and The British Red Cross means that the employer may still wish to undertake degrees of due diligence to ascertain compliance to legislative requirements.

Obtaining training via a non-accredited first aid provider or first aid association means that the onus falls on the employer to complete full due diligence to ensure that the first aid qualification is fit for purpose and meets HSE standards and requirements.
