Training Courses Cancellation Policy
1. More than 2 weeks before the course start date;
You can transfer to another course date free of charge; if we are unable to transfer onto an alternative course date, we will offer you a full refund.
2. Between 2 weeks and 5 days before the course start date;
You can transfer to another course date free of charge; if we are unable to transfer onto an alternative course date, we will offer you a 50% refund.
3. Less than 5 days prior to the course start date;
No refund will be given.
4. A course cannot be transferred or cancelled once the training has started but we will always endeavour to assist and accommodate onto an alternative course if possible.
